To raise money for tuition, books, and fees to send 20 orphaned children to school in 2022, a donor has come forward to match YOUR donations up to $3,000. If we reach the $3,000 goal, the donor will give another $1,000 as a goal matching bonus.
School is not free in India. Taxes do not go toward education. Each family must pay to have their children attend school. Those families in poverty struggle to pay the $300-$500 per year per child. The cycle continues generation after generation. Without education, the children have little chance to have a better life than their parents.
Please donate here to support the orphaned children have a better chance at life. Educating Builds Community.

For the last fours years, you have sent 20 children to school in India. This year, seven children went to college. As the children grow, their education becomes more and more important.
This year, we are starting to campaign early to ensure those children who want to attend college will be able to with your help.
In Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, the situation is the same as cities and towns all over India. People are scared and desperate. Medical care is not free and fees must be paid in advance before the hospital admits patients for treatment. The COVID-19 vaccine is not free. The cost, $40 per person.
The homeless in Tenali are all but forgotten. They are the poorest of the poor, overlooked and dismissed. But there is Hope. With your donation of $50, a homeless person can receive a COVID-19 vaccine and a week’s worth of food.
Please consider donating during this very dire situation.
“I am blessed to be blind so I cannot see the tragedy happening around me. No one is helping but the ones who are doing the Lord’s work.” ~ Blind homeless man in Tenali,July 2020 – Coronavirus Pandemic
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’Matthew 25:35-36 NIV
As we navigate through the coronavirus pandemic, there are people around the world who do not have resources for healthy and safe living. Masks, sanitizers, soap, and blankets to a homeless person is a lifeline. We are partnering with our friends in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, India to provide masks, blankets, sanitizer, and soap to give the homeless a fighting chance against the ravages of the COVID-19 outbreak in addition to the monsoon season.
ESSENTIAL HEALTH BAG – $6
BLANKETS: During the rainy season, mosquitoes are the largest threat to health with the spread of Malaria. A blanket will help the homeless keep covered.
MASKS & SANITIZER: A large homeless population lives outside where social distancing is rarely an option. Our partners supply masks for those who lack them, hand sanitizer, and soap where water is available.
MEALS – ONE WEEK – $4
MEALS: The homeless in India are often considered “Untouchable” meaning no one comes to their aid, considers their fate, or shows empathy and compassion. Our Christian partners have municipal permission to feed and care for these people. They are one of the sole groups providing regular care during the COVID-19 pandemic. The team lovingly cooks and packages nutritious meals for distribution to this forgotten population.
$10 = care and food for one homeless person $20 = two people care and food $40 = family of four care and food $100 = ten people receiving care and food
There are over 200 homeless individuals in this small community who are in desperate need of ongoing care. Please consider regular giving of any amount during the pandemic to provide hope and touch the hearts of the “least of these.”

MBS4GOD received a $1,000 donation from a corporate sponsor. Within the hour of depositing the check, we learned of a Hindu village needing a well because they had been living with contaminated water. One of their elderly widows died recently of results of the contamination.
The well cost $750 – $700 for the well and $50 for first-year maintenance. The elders of the village take over after year one to provide the maintenance. Just 10 days later, the well was dug and then dedicated. Now 200 Villagers have fresh, clean water. The well is a miracle to them. We have $250 left and are aiming to raise more because word got out the same day and 7 neighboring villages came to see the miracle well. Miraculous!! We will follow God’s direction on this and all things.
CHRISTMAS:
This month, MBS4God donors were able to send an extra $200 for Christmas celebration, meals and money towards clothing for the 22 children in the care of Mahesh Babu Urs and family. In addition, one of our donors purchased and sent candy, chocolate, and toys for the children directly from Amazon India.
EDUCATION:
This year, an MBS4God donor sent 21 of the 22 children to school (one is special needs and not eligible for school). The cost per year for each child is between $160-$270 depending on the grade. School is not free in India and only those who can afford to go do so. Some of the children, including a 15-year-old, had never been to school before this year. MBS4God has supplied a tutor to come 5 days a week for the last 3 years to help the children get ready for school and supplement their studies. Only half of the children had been attending school until this year. They are truly happy, grateful, and studying hard! Their future looks even brighter.
SPECIAL PROJECT:
Another project this year was sponsored by a donor. For $750, a well was installed in a village who did not have running water. The village women and children would walk miles each way to fill containers of water daily. Here are pictures of the well, dedication and happy villagers. This one source of water serves the entire village and has changed their lives.
SUSTAINABILITY:
Mahesh owns his own photography business and contributes to the monthly expenses. His business was started with a one-time donation from an MBS4God donor in 2016 to purchase camera and studio equipment, pay fees and establish the photography and video business locally. He sends us weekly reports on what the business earns. During wedding seasons, he earns a fair amount of money. During the offseason, he earns money taking passport photos.
MONTHLY SUPPORT:
Each month, MBS4God sends $500 to supplement rent, food, and a tutor to care for the children. The children are well fed, eating mostly rice, eggs, vegetables and chicken. Mahesh’s family’s dedication to the care of the 22 children (one is special needs), is a gift from God. The fast and pray each Wednesday for all their needs, the needs of others and for the MBS4God donors and directors.
We pray for God’s guidance to fulfill His plan in 2019.
In His Service,
This year, our organization stretched its limits and assisted financially in helping an individual in starting a local business to help provide sustainable, long-term self-reliant support. The goal of this photography business is to diminish the role of MBS4God International as the main partner in supporting a group of orphans by assisting with rent, food, and education.
The one time start up amount was donated by one of our Officers and was given based on reviewed and approved estimates of equipment, space, and start up costs to begin the photography and videography business for special events and weddings. The Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve this one-time method of assistance and long-term investment.
The business has been running for one year. Regular income has been made by providing a passport photo service for the community for a small fee. The revenue from the passport photo service has allowed the business to pay rent at a local kiosk location.
MBS4God continues to send support for assisting in rent, food, medical, and education care for over two dozen orphans in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Please see the Yearly Summary for the fiscal year 2017 ending December 31, 2017.
FY 2017 Mind Body Spirit for God International DBA MBS4GOD
MBS4God International thanks each of you for your continued support and donations. We prayerfully send funds to those in need to help with food, shelter, medical care, and education. The orphans we support in India are cared for by a family dedicated to keeping them safe, prayed for, and educated. May God continue to bless each of them in the upcoming year. Your donations help support these children in partnership with the family, who also pays a portion of the rent, food, care and education.
Below are pictures showing the children with school supplies, eight attend school and the remaining are tutored by a teacher at home. The remaining pictures reveal how they live, what they eat, how they sleep, and their happy faces.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for every $1 you donate.
